The main reason bike owners purchase First Class Comprehensive Insurance is to protect their investment in their bike. This insurance provides coverage for collision, overturning, fire, theft and other perils as determined by the value of the bike at the time of insurance purchase.

Depending on the engine size, though, (the larger the better) the 3rd Party Liability,  the  Medical  and the Bail Bond coverage can be expanded considerably. 

Therefore, there is some flexibility in the coverage you can get if you go First Class. Of course, the more coverage you get, the more you have to pay.
