E-InsureThailand.com was established by Tony and Kanokwan Dabbs to assist foreign visiters and residents (expats) with the purchase of insurance in Thailand.

Tony’s role is that of communicator, facilitator and educator. He has lived in Thailand for many years and knows how to work well within the Thai community. He is also very knowledgeable about life and health insurance with many years experience as a licensed life and health insurance agent/broker in America. In addition, he also has strong background as an analyst, conducting project feasibility studies for the USAF, and conducting departments and organizations efficiency studies for county government. As a volunteer neighborhood coordinator, he also helped to establish a workable communication link between the leaders of the local minority community and the city government where he lived.

Kanokwan, is licensed insurance broker authorized to sell all types of General Insurance in Thailand. She is also a licensed Life Insurance agent for Thai Life Insurance, Thailand's second largest life insurer. She functions as liaison with the insurance companies and provides local technical and marketing support for E-InsureThailand, as well as administrative support. Kanokwan has a degree in Special Education and worked for many years as a kindergarten teacher for the blind.

Kanokwan is registered with all seven of Thailand's health insurers (AXA, BUPA, LMG, MSIG, NZI-IAG, PIH and THI).
as their legally authorized agent.
